Mr. Garrambone's initial schooling started from very humble beginnings in the small town of Fairborn, Ohio where he attended elementary and high school graduating early in a class of 250 students. 

His early passion for soccer, starting at the age of 8, took him on travels throughout the country, playing with premier travel teams on which he won state championships, major tournaments and ultimately became a team member in the Olympic Development Program. 

With his desire to play year round soccer he set his sights on Florida colleges and was eventually awarded an athletic & academic scholarship to attend St. Thomas University, a private school based in Miami, FL with a nationally recognized sports administration program. There he earned his bachelors degree in business administration with a minor in marketing. Graduating in the top of his class, he progressed to earn his masters in management with a specialization in international business and then continued on to obtain his doctoral degree in education with a specialization in Finance. He is in the final stages of completing and defending his dissertation, which is entitled, "An Empirical Research Study of Critical Success Factors in Small Business." 

Mr. Garrambone will always continue to be a student of academics, business, people and the world. He continues to read articles, books and attend conferences & seminars. He still maintains an active passion for soccer attending matches & world cups and closely follows his European favorite team, Arsenal FC.

Mr. Garrambone is a true entrepreneur and a business builder at heart. He started his first business in college, a real estate investment firm that initially focused on wholesaling residential properties in Miami. This business still continues to thrive to this day and has evolved into multiple real estate funds with residential and commercial assets including affordable housing, apartment buildings and luxury homes.

Mr. Garrambone joined his college friends in a start-up business, Life in Color (www.lifeincolor.com). The company was a uniquely branded electronic dance music event that toured throughout clubs & college campuses and later moved to arenas and stadiums located in over 45 countries globally. As CFO he led the team through exponential growth, the sell of the company to SFX Entertainment, the company IPO and global expansion. 

After a couple years Mr. Garrambone went back to pursue his passion in real estate and became the CFO of Componenti USA, a premier architectural specialties company that designs and constructs commercial developments (www.componenti.com). During this time he worked on multiple high profile projects throughout southern Florida in downtown Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. 

With the onset and emergence of legalized cannabis, Mr. Garrambone reunited with his college friends and old business partners to start the next significant chapter of his business career in Dreamfields (www.dreamfields.com).
